 Likewise, ADC reserves the possibility of establishing technical or organizational measures to protect business, commercial and industrial secrets covered by Act 3/1999 on Unfair competition and by Directive (EU) 2016/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on the protection of undisclosed know-how and business information (trade secrets) against their unlawful acquisition, use and disclosure. These will also be considered criminal offences pursuant to Article 278 et seq. of the Spanish Criminal Code.

ADC will not be responsible for the infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties that may arise from the inclusion on the website of trademarks, trade name, industrial designs, patents, designs, text, photographs, icons or software belonging to third parties.

Under no circumstances the User’s accessing and browsing implies an authorization or waiver, a transmission or total or partial transfer of said rights or the granting of any right or right expectation and, specifically, the alteration, transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said contents without the express prior authorization of ADC or the corresponding owners.

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation are governed according to the Spanish legislation. ADC and User both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court on the territory of ADC’s registered seat.
